I have always dreamt vividly and could recall my dreams, but it wasn’t until I commenced study in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy at the Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education that I learnt how to use the guidance in my dreams to work with my soul and to realise what it needed from me.

Dreams connect us to the inner wisdom that can guide us to resolve issues that cause suffering in our lives, both as an individual and as a collective. Dreams can also be divinely inspired and awaken us to know our place in the Universe.

In the book Awakening Through Dreams, Hamilton explores the themes and features of dreams as we journey through the first four stages of alchemy. After four years of recording my dreams daily and working with them weekly with a transpersonal dreamwork therapist, I witnessed the unfolding and deepening stages of the alchemical journey beyond the current four-stage model through to union with the unus mundus.

My master’s thesis on the Soul of the World and Psychotherapy explored alchemy, dreams and universal consciousness. The study argued for the inclusion of a fifth alchemical stage beyond the rubedo to provide a theoretical and practical explanation for the experience of many higher levels of consciousness. Validated by The University of Northampton, the dissertation received a grade of A.

Palomastone is inspired by my research thesis to contribute knowledge to the fields of alchemy and the frontier of human consciousness. One of my principal tools for doing this is through dreams. Palomastone is the continued pursuit of truth and knowledge.

I have recreated my dreams in a visual format as a window into the mysteries of the Cosmos. These symbols spontaneously arose in dreams as expressions of exquisite states and experiences of paradoxical unions (i.e. heaven-earth; human-divine; Creator-Creature; spirit-matter), peace, harmony, beauty, joy and love attained through living in deepest union with a higher order.

I hold an M.A., Dipl. in Transpersonal Counselling and Psychotherapy and am an Accredited Spiritual Healer from the College of Psychic Studies. I also have a B.A. degree in Built Environment, Interior Design.
